Candice Renee Accola is an American actress, singer and songwriter, best known for her starring role as Caroline Forbes on The CW series, The Vampire Diaries. She was born on 13rd of May, 1987 in Houston, Texas. Her father, Kevin, is a cardiothoracic surgeon and her mother, Carolyn, was formerly an environmental engineer before becoming a homemaker. She has one younger brother.

Steven R. McQueen  is an american actor and model, best known for his role as Jeremy Gilbert in The CW show The Vampire Diaries. He was born on 13th of July 1988 in Los Angeles. Steven has two younger half siblings, Chase and Madison McQueen, from his father's remarriage, as well as a half brother, Jessarae Robitaille, from his mother's remarriage. Stevem uses the name 'Steven R. McQueen', professionally, the 'R' referring to his mother's maiden surname of Robitaille.

She has an older brother, Alexander; her father is a computer specialist and her mother is an artist.
